i am a Christ-follower, husband, and father, and chief theorist a better theory.

as a follower of Christ, i believe firmly that everyone is created in God’s image and deserves recognition, dignity, and love. that starts with my family; my wife cheryl and our two kids emaleena and roman xavier.

over the past 25 years, i have had the honor of serving on the executive teams of thriving corporations and large non-profits; leading some amazing teams innovating in their respective spaces, and growing relationships I treasure. the common thread across all my experience is that i build things and solve complex business problems (and do it well enough to get opportunities to do so at increasingly larger scales). as a catalyst for strong cultures and an effective leader, i have experienced success at every step of my career.
